Tube Bending Automation

While bending tubes, formability of tube depends upon various mechanical properties and chemical specifications of the tube material. Building automation for bending tubes needs detail study of metallurgy to understand the behaviour of the material. We have designed and developed servo controlled tube bending to achieve very high productivity by providing multiple bend facility.

These bending machines are very compact in size and have small footprints as compared to conventional bending machines.
